Security Access Agreement

• I acknowledge receipt of the thumb print / key(s) and or access codes to the OCB facility and assume full responsibility for their proper use until returned to an Director of Security or OCB Executive Director and will not allow any other visitor into the facility without first filling out the Liability Waiver. 
  
• I further agree to not give out or allow anyone to see access codes or duplicate any key(s) owned or controlled by OCB. I will not loan, barter, sell or give the keys to anyone unless directed. 
  
• Lost or stolen keys present a significant security problem. If someone sees your access code or there is a loss or theft of key(s) it must be reported promptly to an OCB Director of Security and OCB Executive Director.
  
• Upon dismissal, resignation or leave of absence from OCB, all key(s) must be returned to an OCB Director of Security or OCB Executive Director.
  
• Big Boys and Girls Rules:
  When using the shop I agree to following rules: I have been trusted with access to the shop and common spaces. I will respect other veterans projects, tools, and work spaces. I will treat all OCB property and spaces better than if they were my own. This means I will leave things cleaner than I found them and ready for the next veteran to use. I am responsible for my own cleanup, shutdown, and lockdown if I am the last man/woman in the building. I want the veteran coming after me to succeed, so I will ensure they are set up for success.
