​​PERMISSION AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

This Permission to Use Logo (“PTU”) confirms that Operation Charlie Bravo, (“OCB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) by and through its undersigned authorized representative, hereby gives permission to "your name or company name" for their podcast, and any advertising that will start on November 21st , 2022 with no ending date, to publish and/or use Operation Charlie Bravo’s logo for all purposes connected with the advertising and or fundraising efforts with proceeds partially or entirely benefiting OCB. It is understood that "your name or company name" may use said logo for advertising relating to OCB, the www.ocbravo.org website, and all other purposes related to OCB and its mission. "your name or company name" also agrees that no products will be produced for sale bearing OCB’s logo for profit without OCB’s written consent. "your name or company name" may use OCB’s logo for these purposes without further permission or acquiescence by OCB.

"your name or company name" agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Operation Charlie Bravo from and against any claim, suits, actions, loss, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to "your name or company name" representations and warranties herein. This PTU does not create a partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or employment between "your name or company name" and OCB. This PTU is not an endorsement or sponsorship by OCB of the Logo or "your name or company name" changes to this PTU are void and of no effect without OCB’s prior written consent.

"your name or company name" agrees that it shall not knowingly or intentionally alter the Logos, or manipulate any image(s) thereof, either by blurring, distortion or other means of reproduction or display. "your name or company name" further agrees that it will not take any action that would tend to diminish the goodwill of the Logos or bring the Logos or Owner into public disrepute.
